Women in contact with the Perth gay and lesbian community: Report of the Women’s Western Australian Sexual Health (WWASH) Survey 2010 and 2012
In October 2012, the Women’s Western Australian Sexual Health (WWASH) survey was run in parallel with a similar survey in Sydney (SWASH). This report presents results from surveys collected at Perth Pride Fair Day 2012 and other community events and venues during the Perth Pride month, and comparison findings from the SWASH survey run during the Sydney Mardi Gras season 2012. It reports on various health and wellbeing measures and is a continuation of ongoing surveys with this community.

Healthy Active Workplace Initiative: An evaluation of resources

Canadian sexual health indicators survey: Pilot test and validation phase, (Final technical report)
The aim of this project was to develop, pilot test and validate a survey with which to collect comprehensive data on the sexual health of young Canadians. Associate Professor Maryanne Doherty worked with the Public Health Agency of Canada on this project. The link below provides the full report.

"We don’t have any of those people here” Retirement Accommodation and Aged Care Issues for Non-Heterosexual Populations
WACHPR in conjunction with CRA (Centre for Research on Ageing) and GRAI (Gay Retirement Association Inc.) completed a state-wide industry survey of aged care accommodation providers attitudes and practices towards non-heterosexual populations. The results of the survey are contained in the report “We don’t have any of those people here”. These were used to arrive at best practice guidelines. A comprehensive literature review was also completed. Access to the full PDF of all of these documents are found below.
Perth Gay Men's Community Periodic Survey - (October 2007)
Since 1998 WACHPR has been involved in collecting data on gay men in Perth looking particularly at sexual behaviours, drug and alcohol use and community connection. A summary pdf (link below) provides some initial results.
